Will it be hard the first days?

Depending on your personal health journey, you may experience some withdrawal symptoms at first, such as mild headaches or sweating, bad breath, or fatigue. Do I have to give up sugar forever?

Will I have to spend a fortune on groceries?

Are the recipes complicated?
No, not at all! I specifically designed these recipes to be quick and simple without compromising flavor or nutrition.
What type of kitchen supplies do I need to have?
A cutting board, knife, and oven will do. If you own a blender, food processor, or immersion blender, that’s even better, but not required. You’ll find plenty of recipes that don’t require special equipment.
Do I have to give up bread (wheat) and dairy?
Not unless you want to! On the 30-day meal plan, I only use healthier forms of gluten, like spelt and sourdough, and dairy products like cheese and yogurt are optional add-ons with the standard (non-vegan) version of the menu. If you want to keep eating bread and dairy, that’s totally fine! I’ll show you how to find products with no added sugar. And if you’re gluten intolerant, don’t worry – I always give gluten-free options!

I have a food allergy/sensitivity. Can I still sign up?
Of course! Whether you’re lactose intolerant, allergic to nuts, or have another food allergy or sensitivity, you can still participate and benefit greatly from the program.
